Ricky started his career as a slaughterman and progressed into a butchering apprenticeship over 25 years ago. Ricky continued expanding his industry knowledge while managing Meat processing and purchasing departments across major supermarket chains and family-owned and operated stores.

His extensive experience and relationships within the essential food services industry have provided him with the knowledge and experience to know exactly what his customers need.
